The end of a road and a new beginning - The last month at the old Vinyl Café location - April 2023

Posted by Dylan Sainsbury on

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of our beloved café at its current location. For over five years, this place has been our home away from home, a hub of community and a source of endless memories.
The friendships forged over our coffee, bagels and toasties have been invaluable to us, and we are forever grateful for the love and support that you, our patrons, have shown us throughout the years. We've shared laughter, tears, and all of life's ups and downs together, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
However, as one chapter closes, another opens. We are thrilled to announce that we will be moving just across the road to a bigger and better space at 636 Newcastle St. This move will allow us to grow and evolve into something even more special, and we can't wait to share it with you all.
Before we move, we want to invite you to come and visit us one last time at our current location. Throughout the month of April, we will be holding a 50% off sale on all vinyl and merch, so now is your chance to snag some bargains and take home a piece of our history.
But that's not all - we'll also be hosting some awesome events to celebrate the memories we've made here. From live music to art exhibitions, there's something for everyone.
So please, come and join us for a final farewell to our current location. Let's raise a glass to the good times, the bad times, and everything in between. We couldn't have done it without you, and we can't wait to see what the future holds.
With love and gratitude,
The team at Vinyl Café
